What is a Digital Reward?

A digital reward is a voucher sent to a customer by email. The customer uses this voucher online to select from a number of retailers’ eGift Cards. The eGiftCard is emailed to the customer who can then use it online or in store.

How long will it take for a customer to receive their Digital Reward?

In most cases, reward will arrive in a few minutes. Please ask customer to allow up to 48 hours

How long does a customer have to redeem their eGift Card?

The customer must choose their eGift Card within 3 months of the date they are sent their Digital Reward

How long is the reward valid for once redeemed?

The customer should check the specific conditions of the retailer as this varies from store to store.

What if a customer does not receive their digital rewards email?

The customer should wait up to 48 hours, and check their junk email. If the email has not been received, it can be resent to the same or different email address

What if a customer deletes their digital reward email?

The Reward can be resent to the same or different email address. Please note if a Digital Reward has already been used to redeem an eGift Card, it cannot be resent.

Can a customer have their digital reward sent to a new email address?

Yes. This can be done in the administration section of the portal. Please note if a Digital Reward has already been used to redeem an eGift Card, it cannot be resent.

Can a customer change their digital reward once selected?

No, a customer can neither swap their digital reward for an eftpos card, nor change the retailer they have selected.

How can a consultant confirm date that reward was sent?

This can be done in the administration section of the portal. The consultant can search for the customer record using the fields provided and the information will be retrieved.

Which retailers can I select?

This is dependent on the offer.

Can the customer select more than one retailer?

No, they may select only one retailer from the list provided.
